CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY///

We have a 48 hours cancellation / rescheduling policy for all services. Last minute cancellations, rescheduling and “no shows” are frustrating and are difficult to fill. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours, or do not show up to your appointment altogether, you will be charged for the full cost of booked services. While exceptions are made for genuine emergencies, this is a strict and enforced policy, and any incurred charges will need to be paid before you rebook with us.

 

PARKING///

We have (2) designated parking spots for BODH located on the flat pad by our main entrance. Often we allow clients to park directly behind our own vehicle to maximize parking. Do not park anywhere else in the lot as other parking spots belong to other businesses. If for some reason parking is full, there is street parking along Woolwich and side streets, as well as the Baker Street lot.
